I never thought I was a writer.  In fact, I dreaded writing throughout school.  I could never figure out how to fluff the content to get the required length, and it honestly felt like a chore.  However, as we started through this infertility journey, I found myself needing an outlet.  I knew I wanted to share our story in hopes of helping others.  I had the feeling that letting go of what was bottled up inside me for so long could be therapeutic to me as well.  I pondered between several ideas, a podcast, a YouTube channel, a support group and a blog.  After some thought I decided to start with a blog and then go from there…. and so Building Our Little Nest was born.

This blog has turned into more than I ever thought it would, it became an outlet, a diary, a support system, a time capsule and most of all a vessel to reach out and help others.  Without all of you, none of this would be possible and for that I am forever grateful.  Thank you for your love, your outreach and your support.  Thank you for reading our posts, following along on our journey and for your interest in us.
