Cooking: Matcha Tea Latte (Keto Style)

I can’t take credit for finding this delicious Matcha MCT Oil Powder by Perfect Keto.  The credit goes to my sister, who found this shortly after starting her own keto journey.  When she told me about this I knew I had to get it and so I did.  Once it came in I knew I wanted to make a nice, comforting Matcha Latte, so I went to work and came up with this simple but delicious recipe.

This recipe is for two lattes, feel free to adjust to fit your needs.

Ingredients:

  • 1 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1 Cup Almond Milk
  • 2 Scoops of Matcha MCT Oil Powder
  • 2 – 3 Tablespoons Swerve Granular Sweetener
  • Whipped Cream (optional)

These measurements are purely suggestions and I encourage you to add or take away ingredients to meet your preferences.

Step 1:  Add the milk (whipping cream & almond milk) to a saucepan and turn the heat to low

Step 2:  Add the Matcha MCT Oil Powder

Step 3:  Add the swerve sweetener

Step 4:  Continue to whisk until well combined

Step 5:  Once brought to a low boil, remove from the heat and serve right away

Step 6:  Top with whipped cream if you would like
