We love Italian style subs, even more so since we visited Great Lakes Grinders in Ohio. The Heavy Italian sub was to die for, literally. I was craving one and obviously we are nowhere close to Ohio so I decided to come up with a version of my own. Now, we are on the Keto Diet, so bread was not an option. These little roll-ups satisfy the craving, are delicious and are low carb! If you decide you want to make this with bread, go for it, to be honest I am kind of jealous! 😉
